VePa is a vertical parking system based on the circulation principle, using established paternoster technology and powered by an environmentally-friendly electric motor. This allows up to 12 parking spaces to be created vertically, rotating on a space of just 49 m2.

How do users get their car out of the tower in case of a defect or power failure?
We only use premium components from established industry partners with the highest reliability. And if a failure does occur, we have a nationwide service partner network that can be on site and respond quickly.
What about fire protection within the tower?
Our towers can be adapted to the fire protection requirements of the respective state building regulations. We already have fire protection certificates for this, which we are happy to share with the specialist planners. In addition, we have optimized our design so that extinguishing systems can be integrated without any problems.
When is the ideal time to start planning the construction of a parking tower?
Optimally as early as possible. As soon as you have a possible site or project in mind, we will be happy to support you with a feasibility study so that we can jointly determine the likelihood of approval.
What delivery and erection time can I expect when purchasing a tower?
Depending on internal project workload and delivery times of the components, we deliver the tower within 3-6 months. Due to the modular system and the optimized assembly processes, erection and commissioning takes place within a few weeks. Since local conditions can influence the process, we will be happy to provide you more specific construction times as part of the planning and project process.
Does the tower need a building permit?
Yes, the tower needs a building permit. Due to the submission of several building applications in different federal states, we can provide you with detailed information on the optimal classification according to building law. In addition, we will be happy to support you with an initial feasibility study in which we determine the likelihood of approval.
Is the tower build underground?
No. We have deliberately decided against underground construction, as these solutions require resource-intensive work. Our parking tower is a sustainable and space-saving elevated garage that can be built with minimal impact on nature.
Is it possible to place the tower next to a building or can several towers be placed next to each other?
Yes. This also allows higher numbers of parking spaces to be realized in a very space-saving manner and the site area can be optimally utilized. We have already prepared some plans for these scenarios and would be happy to share these findings with you.
How intensive is the maintenance of the tower and who takes care of service and maintenance?
We have placed the highest value on durability, low wear and low maintenance requirements. The system is designed for a service life of at least 20 years and can also be operated for longer. For service and maintenance, we have already concluded agreements with service partners who can be at your site quickly and cost-effectively.
What are the operating costs of the tower?
Operating costs vary depending on utilization, user group or the number of charging points. However, as a rough indication, you can expect an average of about 3.000€ to 5.000€ operating and maintenance costs per year. We can provide you with detailed information and maintenance schedules upon request.
